Tape Embossing Services

The process of tape being embossed is shown on the left images. The sequence - incoming raw tapes will be heated by our machine, followed by the forming shown.

The produced carrier tape is to be used in packaging of electronic components, which will later be fed to the surface mount machine. Advantages of this packaging method are the cost saving in material handling, protection against dust, foreign material and static current. It also improves the ease of production and the used tape is recycled.
