Automated Packing-tape Forming Machine for electronic components

The Carrier Tape Embossing Machine is the stand alone automated packing tape forming machine. Our machine functions and operator inputs are controlled by switches and programmable logic control that are user friendly and is very easy to maintain.

Our machine is able to produce tape width of 12 ~ 72mm. Depending on the thickness of the material, the minimum production tact is 0.5 second and it has 6 digit shot display with preset counter to monitor the desired output.

The Carrier Tape Embossing Machine plays an important role in today's PCD production industries. The produced carrier tape is to be used in packaging of electronic components, which will later be fed to the surface mount machine. Advantages of this packaging method are the cost saving in material handling, protection against dust, foreign material and static current. It also improves the ease of production and the used tape is recyclable.

The stand alone automated Tape Embossing Machine with features that carrier tape manufacturer can't afford to miss out. Machine functions and operator imputs are controlled by switches and programmable logic control that are user friendly and easy maintenance. With Carrier Tape Embossing Machine, a single machine able to produce tape width of 12 - 56mm with maximum pocket depth of 15mm. Depending on the thickness of material, the minimum production tact is 0.5 second and it has 6 digit shot display with preset counter to monitor the desired output.
